IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19)
Our office is taking many extra steps to reduce the spread of COVID-19. Your practitioner will update you on new protocols before your appointment, or feel free to call if you have any questions.
- If you have any symptoms of coronavirus - fever, dry cough, sore throat (or symptoms of any other virus for that matter), please call the office as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment. You will NOT be charged if you call to cancel for illness even if it falls within our 24-hour cancellation policy window.
- Should you come in for your session and show signs or symptoms of illness, we will need to send you home and will charge you for the session.
- If, in the last 14 days, you have traveled back from a location on advisory lists for increased caution of COVID-19 outbreaks, please contact your practitioner immediately to discuss your session date.
- In the event of a local or state quarantine, our office will follow all CDC recommendations.
- We have always strived to maintain a clean and sanitary space, but are taking extra precautions to disinfect surfaces daily. We also have plenty of hand soap and sanitizer for your use. Kindly clean your hands when you enter our space.
